Safety Requirements
Safety starts well before any project breaks ground with a companywide zero-tolerance pre-employment and post accident drug screening program.
At project kickoff, a safety presentation is made to all subcontractors to ensure they understand SR Construction's safety requirements and a copy of the SR Safety manual is made available to each subcontractor.
SR Construction's safety director maintains regularly scheduled in-house training meetings for all employees including field safety meetings on site to insure total compliance to all safety regulations and guidelines.
We proactively work with OSHA and invite them to visit our job sites to participate in SCAT training programs and seminars.
In summary, Safety begins with each person on the job site and SR Construction's commitment is to provide all of the necessary training and tools for a safe and injury free environment.
