Insurance Requirements

SR Construction requires that the certificates of insurance have the following limits and coverage's, and the certificates must be received by our office prior to commencing work on every project. Subcontractor Group A:

Barricades, Survey and Layout, Testing, Striping, Signage, and Stone Tops

Subcontractor Group B:

Paving and Grading

Subcontractor Group C:

Utilities – Wet and Dry

Subcontractor Group D: Site Concrete, Landscaping and Irrigation, Water Feature, and Parsons Walls
Subcontractor Group E:

Concrete, Masonry, Stone Veneer, and Thermal Moisture Protection

Subcontractor Group F: Structural Steel, Ornamental Iron, and Roofing
Subcontractor Group G: Rough Carpentry, Casework, Insulation, Fireproofing, and General Sheetmetal
Subcontractor Group H: E.I.F.S.
Subcontractor Group I: Caulking and Sealants, Door Installation, Overhead Door, Epoxy Flooring, Wallcovering
Subcontractor Group J:

Glass and Glazing, Lath and Stucco, Drywall, Flooring, Tile, ACT, Painting, and FRP
