SR Construction Completes Construction on

First United Mortgage Office Building

Las Vegas—(June XX, 2008) - SR Construction Vice President Rob Silecchia announced the firm has completed construction on First United Mortgage’s corporate office building located at I-215 and S. Durango Drive.  

The project requirements included construction of a 21,668 SF two-story, concrete tilt-up building, full tenant improvement build out on both floors including all on and off site work for the new corporate headquarters building. Construction costs were approximately $4 million. The project was awarded to SR Construction by First United Mortgage and Dekker/Perich/Sabatini served as the architect for this project.
