SR Construction Completes Construction on

MacFarlane Medical Office Building Design/Build Project

Las Vegas—(June XX, 2008) - SR Construction Vice President Rob Silecchia  announced the firm has completed construction on the MacFarlane Medical Office Building located at 8352 W. Warm Springs Road in Las Vegas, directly adjacent to the new St. Rose Dominican Hospitals’ San Martin campus.  

Developer, Capovilla Management, selected SR Construction for its 42,000 SF Design/Build Medical Office Building because of their combined expertise in both design/build and the health care marketplace. The project requirements called for maximizing the available site with a Class A, state-of-the-art medical office building. The three-story, steel frame / EIFS skin building included all on and off site improvements, covered parking and lush landscaping. Construction costs for the project were approximately $6.3 million. Moser Architecture Studio served as the architect on the project.
