SR Construction Wins Prestigious Spotlight Awards

Las Vegas—(March XX, 2008) – SR Construction, a design/build general contracting firm, recently received two Honor Awards at the 11th Annual National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) Spotlight Awards. 

SR Construction received the Honor Award in the Office Interior category for the City National Bank – Corporate and Wealth Management Offices project.  The firm also received the Honor Award in the Office Building – Single Story category for The Park at Spanish Ridge, Building Five.  In addition, SR Construction received merit awards in two categories including Office Interiors for Poggemeyer Design Group and Office Building – Two Story for The Park at Spanish Ridge, Two Story South.

The ceremony brought together more than 800 professionals from the commercial real estate industry to celebrate the best commercial real estate projects and industry professionals of 2007.   The 11th Annual NAIOP Spotlight Awards was held on Saturday, March 8 at the Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino.
