SR Construction Completes Design/Build Project

for Ambassador Limo

Las Vegas—(March XX, 2008) - SR Construction Vice President Rob Silecchia recently announced the firm has completed construction of Ambassador Limo’s Transportation Service Facility located at 4600 Wynn Road in Las Vegas.

The 18,000-square-foot design/build project called for a unique design of the two-story building which consisted of a mechanic’s bay facility and corporate offices.  The hybrid design was developed by SR Construction and Spectrum Surveying & Engineering which included wood frame, masonry and steel frame construction.  Ray Chenoweth, owner of Ambassador Limo, chose SR Construction for their experience in providing single-source design/build services for their new facility.  Construction costs were approximately $3.4 million.  Spectrum Surveying & Engineering served as the project architect.
