SR Construction Completes
Construction of Poggemeyer
Design Group’s Corporate Office

Las Vegas—(February XX, 2008) - SR Construction Vice President Rob Silecchia recently announced the firm has completed construction of the shell building and tenant improvements for Poggemeyer Design Group’s corporate headquarters located within the Mountain View Professional Business Park at 6960 Smoke Ranch Road in Las Vegas.   

The two-story, 18,000-square-foot building is the new Western region headquarters for Poggemeyer Design Group and CM Works. Construction costs for the project were approximately $3 Million.  Dekker/Perich/Sabatini served as the architect on the project.

The building’s interior was submitted by SR Construction to NAIOP for the upcoming Spotlight Awards in March and was recently selected as a Merit Award recipient.
