SR Construction Utilized Design/Build Services to Complete Fourth Shepherd Eye Center
Henderson—(January XX 2008) - SR Construction Vice President Rob Silecchia recently announced the firm has completed construction on the Shepherd Eye Center located at 2475 Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson. This is the fourth location that SR Construction has provided their Design/Build services for Shepherd Eye Center.
The 8,656 square-foot project consists of 21 patient exam rooms, laboratory, physician offices, administrative, lobby and reception area. The project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. Estimated construction costs are approximately $1 million. Parker Scaggiari served as the architect on the Design/Build project.
