SR Construction Awarded Construction Contract For City National Bank Corporate Office
Las Vegas—(September XX, 2007) - SR Construction CEO Scott Loughridge announced the firm was awarded the contract for the tenant improvements on City National Bank located at 10801 Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas.
The 21,837 square-foot project consists of the City National Bank’s corporate headquarters, the CNB Summerlin bank branch and the City National Wealth Management offices. Construction is expected to be completed in October 2007. Estimated construction costs are approximately $2.8 million. DSR Design will serve as the architect on the project.
