SR Construction Completes

Cielo Properties Corporate Office Building

Las Vegas—(October XX, 2007) -- SR Construction Vice President Rob Silecchia announced the firm has completed construction of the shell building and tenant improvements of the Cielo Properties office building.  The 6,780 square-foot project is located at 3595 S. Town Center Drive in Las Vegas.

The one-story wood frame building features an upscale and contemporary design for both the building shell and tenant improvement build-out.  Frank Marretti, owner of Cielo Properties awarded the project to SR Construction.  Carpenter Sellers Associates served as the architect for the project.  Estimated construction costs are approximately $1.4 Million.
