Another Project Breaks Ground in
West Village of Sullivan Square
LAS VEGAS (July 17, 2007) – SR Construction CEO Scott Loughridge announced today the firm has begun construction on First United Mortgage at Sullivan Square. The 21,668 square-foot office building, located at I-215 and South Durango Drive, is the newest addition to Sullivan Square’s West Village.
The two story tilt-up building is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2007. Estimated construction costs are approximately $4 million. The project was awarded to SR by Glen, Smith & Glen Development. Dekker, Perich, Sabatini served as the architect and engineer.
