SR Construction Completes Phase One
of The Park at Northpointe

LAS VEGAS – (May X, 2007) – SR Construction CEO Scott Loughridge announced the firm has completed construction on Phase One of The Park at Northpointe, located at 4070 Martin Luther King Blvd. in North Las Vegas.

The Park at Northpointe is a master planned office park totaling 99,600 SF and is comprised of 18 single story wood frame buildings ranging in size from 4,200 - 7,200 SF.
Phase One consisted of 10 buildings totaling 54,000 SF.   

Glen, Smith and Glen Development is the developer of the project and project value for Phase One is $11 Million Dollars.  Perkowitz & Ruth served as the architect for the project.
