SR Construction Awarded Contract for New

Nevada Commerce Bank Headquarters

Las Vegas – (April 20, 2007) - SR Construction CEO Scott Loughridge announced today the firm was awarded the contract for the construction of tenant improvements for Nevada Commerce Bank’s new headquarters building located at 6795 Edmond Street in Las Vegas.   

The two-story 19,000 square-foot project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2007.  Estimated construction costs for the project are approximately $1.9 Million.  Pacific Design Concepts will serve as the architect on the project.
