SR Construction Completes New Single-Story Office Building for Dickerson Law

LAS VEGAS (March XX, 2007) – SR Construction CEO Scott Loughridge announced the firm has completed construction on a 4,000 SF, single-story office building that will serve as the new home of Dickerson Law, located at 1745 Village Center Circle in Hills Center North Business Park II.  Estimated construction costs for the project are approximately $995,000.  The project was awarded to SR Construction by Debo Properties.

Perlman Architects served as the architect for the new office project.

SR Construction is a full service design/build general contractor whose commercial construction experience includes medical, office, hospitality, retail, warehouse, parks and churches around Southern Nevada since 1991.  A member of the Design Build Institute of America, SR Construction has completed numerous projects throughout the valley including awarding winning projects such as; The Park at Spanish Ridge, China Spice Restaurant at the Green Valley Ranch Hotel and Casino, the ICU three story addition at Summerlin Hospital and DragonRidge Country Club.
