SR Construction Completes Charleston
Festival Retail Center
(LAS VEGAS) – SR Construction CEO Scott Loughridge announced the firm has completed construction on the six building shells of the 95,000 square foot Charleston Festival retail center, located at 6250 W. Charleston between Torrey Pines Drive and Jones Boulevard in Las Vegas. The retail center is home to a number of popular tenants including, Starbucks, Tropical Smoothie Café and T-Mobile.
Estimated construction costs for the project are approximately $8.3 million. The project was awarded to SR Construction by owner and developer Bullseye Commercial Real Estate. Perkowitz & Ruth served as the architect.
