SR Construction Wins Eight Prestigious Awards

LAS VEGAS (February XX, 2007) – SR Construction, a Design/Build general contracting firm, was recently selected to receive eight merit awards for the 2007 National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) Spotlight Awards.  Merit award recipients qualify as finalists for an Honor Award in their respective categories.

SR Construction will receive merit awards in the following categories:

• Multiple Use Business Park: The Park at Spanish Ridge
• Office Building – Three Story +: The Park at Spanish Ridge, Building 2 – SKG
• Office Building – Single Story: The Park at Spanish Ridge, Building 10 – Tang Ind.
• Office Building – Single Story: The Van Epp Companies
• Office Interiors: The Park at Spanish Ridge, Building 9 – Clinique Plastique
• Office Interiors: The Park at Spanish Ridge, Building 5 – Sullivan Square
• Office Interiors: The Park at Spanish Ridge, Building 10 –Tang Ind.
• Office Interiors: The Park at Spanish Ridge, Building 12 – Hennes & Haight

The 10th Annual NAIOP Spotlight Awards, which brings together professionals from the commercial real estate industry to celebrate the best commercial real estate projects and industry professionals, will be held on Saturday, March 24 at the Red Rock Hotel & Casino.
