SR Construction Awarded Contract for New Poggemeyer Design Group Corporate HQ

Las Vegas—(December xx, 2006) - SR Construction CEO Scott Loughridge announced today the firm was awarded the contract for the construction of the shell building and tenant improvements of the new Poggemeyer Design Group corporate headquarters located within the MountainView Professional Business Park on 6960 Smoke Ranch Road in Las Vegas.   

The 18,000 square foot project will begin construction in January 2007, with an expected completion date in the fall of 2007.  Estimated construction costs for the project are approximately $2.8 Million.  Dekker/Perich/Sabatini will serve as the architect on the project.
