SR Construction Awarded Contract

for Cielo Properties Office Building

Las Vegas—(December xx, 2006) -- SR Construction CEO Scott Loughridge announced today the firm was awarded the contract for the construction of the Cielo Properties Office Building.  The project will be located within The Gardens Plaza Retail/Business Park, a Mark L. Fine and Associates project and is located at 3595 S. Town Center in Las Vegas.

The 6,780 square foot project has an upscale architectural design and is expected to be completed in March 2007.  The project was awarded to SR Construction by Frank Marretti, Owner of Cielo Properties.  Carpenter Seller Associates will serve as the architect for the project.  Estimated construction costs are approximately $920,000.
