SR Construction Completes Tenant Improvements on Sullivan Square Sales Centre at the Park at Spanish Ridge

LAS VEGAS (September XX, 2006) – SR Construction CEO Scott Loughridge announced today the firm has completed the tenant improvement construction for the Sullivan Square Sales Centre at the Park at Spanish Ridge.  The sales center is located at the intersection of I-215 and Russell Road and will be the home for the Sullivan Square mixed-use project.  Estimated costs of the sales center were $1 million.  The project was awarded to SR Construction by Glen, Smith & Glen Development.

Cecconi Simone Inc. served as the interior design firm for the tenant improvements, which are slated for completion in September 2006.
