SR Construction Completes
Dudek Medical Building

LAS VEGAS (July 07, 2006) – SR Construction CEO Scott Loughridge announced today the firm has completed the 4,800 SF Dudek Medical Building located at 6970 Smoke Ranch Road in Las Vegas.  Estimated construction costs for the project are approximately $950,000.  The project was awarded to SR Construction by John and Sam Dudek.

The project was completed in third quarter 2006 and Dekker/Perich/Sabatini served as the architect.

SR Construction is a full service design/build general contractor whose commercial construction experience includes healthcare, office/warehouse, hospitality, retail, parks and churches in Southern Nevada since 1991.  As a member of the Design Build Institute of America, SR Construction has completed numerous projects throughout the valley including the China Spice Restaurant at the Green Valley Ranch Hotel and Casino, the ICU and third floor addition at Summerlin Hospital and The Park at Warm Springs.
