SR Construction Completes Tenant Improvements on

Tang Industries Building

LAS VEGAS (June XX, 2006) – SR Construction CEO Scott Loughridge, announced the firm has completed tenant improvement construction on the 8,650 SF Tang Industries building at The Park at Spanish Ridge which is located at the intersection of I-215 and Russell Road.  The tenant improvement project was in excess of $1.4 million and consisted of all high end finishes throughout the building.  SR Construction was also the general contractor for the shell building.

IA Interior Architects served as interior designer for the tenant improvement project.
