SR Construction Completes Construction
on Duffy Medical Building

LAS VEGAS (June XX, 2006) – SR Construction CEO Scott Loughridge announced today the firm has completed the 3,675 SF medical office building and 1,200 SF of future tenant area for Duffy Medical Building, located at 1885 Village Center Circle in Hills Center North.  The project consisted of site work, shell building and tenant improvements.  Estimated costs for the project, which began January 2006, were $600,000.  The project was awarded to SR Construction by Ventana Health Association.

David L. Rodeback served as architect for the project.
