SR Construction Begins Vertical Construction on

The Park at Northpointe

LAS VEGAS (April XX, 2006) – SR Construction CEO Scott Loughridge announced the firm has begun construction on Phase I of The Park at Northpointe which is located at 4070 Martin Luther King Boulevard in North Las Vegas.  Phase I will include buildings 15 through 20 and cover 32,400 SF.  Upon build out, the entire project will consist of 18 buildings totaling 120,000 SF.  Estimated construction costs for Phase I are approximately $7 million.  The project was awarded to SR Construction by GSG Alexander, LLC.

Perkowitz & Ruth serves as architect for the new buildings, which is slated for completion October 2006.
