SR Construction Breaks Ground on New $11.5 Million Two Story Office Building for Republic Mortgage at The Park at Spanish Ridge
LAS VEGAS (January 23, 2006) Ð SR Construction has broken ground on Republic Mortgage's new headquarters at The Park at Spanish Ridge, a 32-acre business park on the east side of the I-215 Beltway between Tropicana and Russell. Located at 8918 Spanish Ridge Ave. , the 40,000 square foot two story concrete tilt-up building is slated for completion in fall of 2006 and will be valued at $11.5 million.

Republic Mortgage's new headquarters will be a 2-story structure designed by Perkowitz and Ruth Architects featuring interior design by Lisa Pierce at Commercial Design Group. In addition, the new building will be home to 140 out of 310 of Republic Mortgage's banking professionals.
