SR Construction to Break Ground on New $2 Million Medical Office Building
LAS VEGAS , November 22, 2005 Ð SR Construction announced today the company will break ground on The Weiland Group, a new medical office building located at 3860 S. Hualapai Way. The 5,600 square foot single story project is slated for completion May 2006. Construction costs are estimated at nearly $2 million.
The new facility will include a nature-inspired, spa-like interior coupled with a modern exterior featuring soft green stucco, Riverblend-textured stone and copper. Designed with warm materials, the new medical building will be home to an ensemble of cosmetic surgery specialists devoted to medical and surgical excellence.
SR Construction is a full service design/build contractor whose commercial construction experience includes medical, retail, office, warehouse, parks and churches around Southern Nevada since 1991.
