SR Construction Breaks Ground on $2.5 Million Expansion and Remodeling Project
( LAS VEGAS ) Ð SR Construction President Scott Loughridge announced today that the firm has broken ground on the $2.5 million expansion and remodel of Sunrise Market Place. The project will remodel 60,000 square-feet and add an additional 7,000 square-feet of retail space to the existing facility. The project, located at the 450 N. Nellis Blvd. , has an expected completion date of August 2005. Donahue Schriber is the developer of the Sunrise Market Place.
