SR Construction Awarded Contract for an $8 Million Retail Center
(LAS VEGAS) – SR Construction President Scott Loughridge announced today the firm has been awarded the contract for the construction of a 430,000 square-foot retail site, Charleston Festival. The project, located on the corner of Charleston Boulevard and Torrey Pines, will consist of five 55,000 square foot buildings. Estimated construction costs are approximately $8 million.
The project is expected to break ground in April 2005 with a completion date in the fourth quarter of 2005. The developer for the project is Bullseye Commercial Real Estate.
SR Construction is a full service design/build contractor whose commercial construction experience includes medical, retail, office, warehouse, parks and churches around Southern Nevada since 1991. A member of the Design Build Institute of America, SR Construction has completed numerous projects throughout the valley including the Dragon Ridge Country Club, the three-story patient tower expansion at Summerlin Hospital and the Park at Warm Springs Office Development.
