Description
The two-story, 18,000 SF wood frame office building is the new Western region headquarters for Poggemeyer Design Group and CM Works. The office space turned out to be designed as a show place while providing a welcoming and comfortable work environment for employees. The tenant improvement included lobbies on each floor, executive suites with balcony, administrative offices, two conference rooms, a welcoming employee break room with balcony, workstation/cubicle area, copy and IT rooms.
