Description
Sushi Sake is an upscale sushi and saki bar, located in the Green Valley Ranch Casino and part of a 7,800 SF remodel. Included in the scope of work was the demolition of the existing Border’s Restaurant and the reconstruction and expansion of the kitchen and restaurant area, all of which took place just inside the front entry of a 24-hour casino.
