Description
The China Spice Restaurant project consisted of a Chinese restaurant and a sushi and sake bar, located in the Green Valley Ranch Casino. The 7,800 SF remodel included the demolition of the existing Border’s Restaurant and the reconstruction and expansion of the kitchen and restaurant area, all of which took place just inside the front entry of a 24-hour casino. The new facility offers a fantastic upscale dining atmosphere with first class finishes.
