Description
The 28,000 SF project space was the previous site of the famed NYNY Arcade. A partial demo of that space was required to make room for a guest conference room remodel/expansion and new executive office suites. Because the casino project was located above an existing and fully operational restaurant, extensive planning was required for the arcade demo, MEP and Structural systems to avoid any disruption to adjacent operations. The space was broken down into three areas with the conference rooms at 12,000 SF and 6,000 SF respectively and the executive offices at 8,000 SF.
