Description
The three story addition project consisted of a 46,000 SF addition of new floor area, known as floors four, five, and six, beginning at the roof level of the existing West wing of the hospital facility. The addition is constructed of structural steel framing, concrete on metal stud deck, and EIFS exterior wall. The new interior finishes include metal framing, mechanical, plumbing, medical gas(s), electrical, fire protection/alarm, life safety systems and associated finishes to facilitate the addition of fifty-seven patient rooms.
