Scott Loughridge is the CEO and Owner of SR Construction. He is responsible for the strategic and long range planning of SR Construction. Scott has been in Las Vegas since 1979 and has over 30 years Design/Build construction experience. He has been responsible for the construction of over 350 projects that span the Southern Nevada skyline which have helped to shape Southern Nevada. He established SR Construction in 1991 with the vision of creating a Design/Build firm totally dedicated to client satisfaction. With that passion to ensure each client a positive journey, Scott created the “SR Built” Process which has truly differentiated SR Construction from the conventional General Contractor.

Scott attended the University of Colorado, where he received a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Over the years he has been very active in the various industry and charitable organizations. Scott is a member of the board of directors of (DBIA) the Design/Build Institute of America – Western Region. He is an active member of (NAIOP) the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and sits on the Government Affairs committee. Scott was invited by Clark County to be a member of the Development Services Customer Participation committee to consult on best practice methods and candidate selection for the department. He is also an active member of (ABC) the Associated Builders and Contractors and has served as Past President. Scott is also a founding member of (NACDB) the National Association of Church Design Builders. Scott volunteers his time and directs a company wide effort for the Angel Tree Program to support underserved children in Southern Nevada.
