Rob Silecchia is Vice President at SR Construction. He brings more than 25 years of sales and management experience to the company. He maintains a dynamic presence within the development, real estate, design and construction markets.  Rob is an exceptional leader and proven revenue generator with the innate ability to attract and secure key players in building strong and lasting business relationships. 

Rob attended Farleigh Dickenson University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In order for SR Construction to monitor current and future trends in the market, Rob maintains an active presence in the development, real estate, design and construction markets and he represents the company across a wide array of industry organizations. He is an active member of (NAIOP) the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and sits on the Bus Tour Committee. He is also a member of (AGC) Associated General Contractors, (NDA) the Nevada Development Authority and is an associate member of (SIOR) the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and (CCIM) the Certified Commercial Investment Member. He also maintains professional memberships with (NHA) the Nevada Hospital Association, (NRA) the Nevada Restaurant Association, (NHLA) the Nevada Hotel & Lodging Association and the (USGBC) US Green Building Council. Rob has completed the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies Graduate Builders Series as well as the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies Commercial Real Estate Certification Series.
