Project Manager:

The Project Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. The Project Manager's primary role is to coordinate project bids through final negotiation and managing the construction process from bidding to final closeout. Supervise by directives, inspections, meetings and reviews. Maintain highest levels of client satisfaction, to protect and promote the interests of SR Construction in all matters. Applicant must be strong in design, conceptual estimating, contract negotiation and customer service. Project Superintendent:

The Project Superintendent reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. The Superintendent serves as the Company's Chief Representative in managing the day to day operations in the field.  They are responsible for the management and oversight of all subcontractors, vendors, and municipal inspectors on the job site.  The Superintendent works closely with the Project Manager to insure coordination in the overall sequence of work to insure on time performance in association with the master schedule.  Each Superintendent performs weekly Safety meetings in compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.  They maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction, to protect and promote the interests of SR Construction in all matters.
