SR Construction, Inc. (SR) was founded in 1991 by Owner Scott Loughridge as a full service Design/Build General Contractor with the primary goal of providing our clients the highest degree of quality and greatest level of service on every project we undertake. SR was originally licensed in Nevada, Arizona and Utah. Since that time, SR's licensing capability has expanded to include 11 states throughout the southwest. SR’s markets include healthcare, hospitality and commercial market.
Our corporate philosophy consists of a Team-Approach, Design/Build process that allows us to direct the integration of highly qualified architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and owner representatives to deliver a quality product on time and within budget. Open, timely, and constant communication by all members of the Team is the cornerstone of this participation and the main ingredient in what we refer to as The “SR BUILT” Process. SR understands that the most important aspect of the Team approach is the need to thoroughly comprehend the client’s vision, purpose, and goals.
During our 20 year history, SR has completed in excess of 650 projects throughout the Southwest to include the healthcare, commercial and hospitality markets of which we have received numerous awards by various local and national organizations.
